These terms govern your use of Hallcast, operated under the Hallcast trade name. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Beta software
Hallcast is in active development. The service is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime, data retention, or feature availability. We may make breaking changes, perform maintenance, or suspend the service with or without notice during the beta period.
Pricing
Hallcast is free during the beta period. Pricing will be introduced before the product exits beta. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any charges apply, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged.
Your content
Content you upload to Hallcast remains yours. You grant Hallcast a limited license to store and display it as necessary to operate the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Hallcast to:
- Display content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Account termination
You may stop using Hallcast at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at info@hallcast.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hallcast is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. During the beta period, the service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
